Currently standing at $435.7 million worldwide (per
Box Office Mojo), The Conjuring: Last Rites is the 11th
highest-grossing film of 2025, just behind Marvel’s The Fantastic Four:
First Steps.

Still, it appears unlikely that the horror sequel will catch
up to First Steps, which has earned $521.4 million globally.
Produced on an estimated $55 million budget (The Numbers), Last Rites
has already generated a hefty profit of about $298 million, far above
its break-even point of $137.5 million using the standard 2.5x multiplier.
The film has also climbed past the lifetime grosses of several major titles, including Die Another Day (2002), The Exorcist (1973), and Cast Away (2000). Most notably, it has edged out Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003), which ended with $433.3 million worldwide. With its current total, Last Rites has already out-earned Terminator 3 by $2.4 million.
